Service was a five. I brought my car in for an oil change. I was told the time in the shop would be an hour. The work was done on time. In the meantime i was able to enjoy the nice waiting room. You have some nice chairs in there.

The next day I was in a conversation with a colleague about a grant we are working on together. I told her about having my car in the day before. She said she had not had luck with going to a "dealer" for repairs. I told her that since I have lived in Elmhurst, I have had my Volvo serviced by Volvo of Lisle, though I purchased it in another city where I served in my last pastorate. I told her how I had always been treated wth the utmost respect, how the service people and the mechanics had always listened to my questions and how i felt perfectly comfortable coming in with a "sound" in the engine that was different. A mechanic jumped in the passenger seat while i drove to listen to the sound I was talking about and immediately diagnosed the problem. I was told it could be repaired along with the other ignition repair I needed and that I could have a loaner in order to keep my other appointments for the day. I don't know how having my car serviced could be any beyyer. And on top of that, the service person whole helped me have me a discount, noticing that I had not thought to bring anything from my computer. There is no reason for me to go anywhere else for service on my Volvo. And i love my little car!

In response to the e-mail sent to me regarding my last visit to the service department, on a scale of 0-5, I would definitely rate the visit a 5+. On a scale of 0-10, may I rate the outstanding work performed by Mr. John Korallus and Mr. Steve Cochran. 10+++++ etc. Would i recomend Volvo Service Department to others? Yes, yes, yes!!!!!

The service is absolutely outstanding. I have only had pleasant surprises from my service experiences at Volvo of Lisle. They go above and beyond to make sure it is easy to maintain and service my Volvo XC90 and often anticipate my needs. They have an excellent follow-up system for easy reminders. I have recommended the dealership and its staff to several of my friends and colleagues. If all Volvo dealers had the same attitude, the bran would be elevated to FULL luxury! Keep up the drive for excellence! It's a real competitive advantage.
